Our construction team has a combined 80 years of experience totaling a combined value over $2 billion in on-campus, off-campus, in-fill, adaptive reuse, wood-frame, mid and high rise construction.
As President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Helfrich actively sets the tone for the company, through his entrepreneurial vision, hands-on leadership and adherence to the highest of ethical business standards.
As CW’s Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Kilroy has over 30 years’ experience as an institutional investment manager and a multi-family developer. Rob is responsible for developing and maintaining key capital alliances to complement CW’s development and acquisition activities. While establishing and cultivating CW’s capital relationships Rob also manages and monitors all CW’s investment activity to fund new development and acquisition including devising CW’s core development strategies for growth in student and multifamily housing.
With over twenty five years of construction experience, Mr. Stackhouse joined CW Construction & Development (CW) in August of 2008. As the Executive Vice President of Construction, Mr. Stackhouse is responsible for the overall construction strategies and related development opportunities throughout CW’s Southeastern footprint, including Alabama, North and South Carolina, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.
As Business Development Manager Mr. Helfrich is responsible for the management, support and supervision of new and strategic relationships for all three CW affiliates. His responsibilities include but are not limited to sourcing new land development and third party General Contracting opportunities, establishing and maintaining key market relationships with industry specific developers, brokers, investors, property management firms and joint venture partners.
As Vice President of Development Mr. Koebel is responsible for the formulation, design and implementation of CW’s comprehensive development process by providing analytical data, key financial analysis and underwriting to drive the overall development strategy and investment plan. Dan executes the full development lifecycle from site identification and acquisition through due diligence to construction for CW’s ground-up new development in student and multifamily housing.
